Distributed 2021 is Miro's annual community event designed for the Miro user community and anyone seeking insights and inspiration from Miro experts across various industries. The conference aimed at fostering collaboration and co-creation, featuring new product announcements and over 20 interactive sessions from industry-leading experts.

The event, streamed over two days, brought together over 20,000 registrants from across the globe. Sessions included keynotes from notable speakers like Priya Parker, author of The Art of Gathering, and collaborations with organizations such as Zendesk, True Diversity, BaseHQ, and Deloitte.

As the Technical Producer, responsibilities included managing the production on virtual and streaming platforms, namely Hopin and Stream Yard, in coordination with technical and client teams.

Despite the challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic, the collaboration between emc3 and Miro successfully transformed the event into a dynamic virtual experience within a tight timeframe of three weeks. Remote speakers were equipped with customized kits comprising lighting, microphones, and cameras, ensuring high-quality presentations.
